Authority, this 43-unit townhouse project is targeted towards large families.
Careful consideration was given to promote the ideal of high density housing
coupled with a sense of individuality. Separate front porches, yards,
and private front and back entries all contribute to this concept. Each
residence has a private backyard and exterior storage closet, and residents
are responsible for their unit's yard maintenance.
