OREGON PLACE APARTMENTS
The renovation of the Oregon Place Apartments included the repair of thirty-nine apartments in four existing buildings. The buildings required extensive work including site and utility work, new roofing, drywall, carpeting, and painting. All kitchens, bathrooms, and common laundry rooms were renovated, and all electrical and plumbing systems were upgraded.
