Twenty-six new two-, three-, and four-bedroom units revolve around a playcourt and community building in this low-income townhome development. The exterior of the development was articulated with distinctive colors, ornamental detail, individual entrances, and private yards. This design has been recognized for its strength in enhancing the neighborhood surroundings.
