KING COUNTY LIBRARY RENOVATIONS

Client: King County Library System
Construction Budget: $3,000,000 (inc. furnishing and shelving)

The fifteen King County Library renovations started as a simple survey/assessment study but developed into a major renovation campaign for the King County Library system from 1990 to 1992. Tonkin Hoyne Lokan worked as part of a design team that included Design Perspectives, for interior design and space planning, and J. M. Rafn Company, which acted as General Contractor.
