The Bush Hotel is a seven-story, mixed-use building with three lower floors of offices, retail, restaurant, and community service spaces an four upper floors of low-income apartments. In 1997, renovation of the occupied building included mechanical and structural upgrades of the commercial floors and complete upgrades of all building systems and interiors on the residential floors. All 96 studio and one-bedroom apartments have full kitchens, private bathrooms, and storage areas, and one residential floor contains the ornamental detailing original with the historic hotel.
