Washington School Homes:

On the playground of the school Tonkin Hoyne planned for 25 units of new, single family, for sale housing. In 2006 the site was developed with new roads and infrastructure and the single family, mostly three bedroom homes with garages were designed to be compatible with the single family, historic neighborhood and the historic school.
