Roxbury Village HOPE VI
Redevelopment:
45-unit townhouse
development with two Mutual Housing Groups, Longfellow Court and
Westwood Court. Developed by LATCH with SHA as a partner/owner
of 15 units.
The unusual design
approach was the result of extensive local community input to
the design team at workshops and charrettes held on site.
The design incorporates
the restoration of the wetlands and pond located on the north
end of the property and in the adjacent park.
