Marjorie Terrace:
Renovation of the former Marcus
Whitman Apartments, a 50 unit, 1960 apartment complex. the
buildings were gutted and totally renovated, including new
pitched roofs, Hardiplank siding, insulated windows, new
kitchens and new interior finishes. New electrical systems and
high efficiency heat pump AC systems were installed in each
unit.
The community building remodel
included a new kitchen and ceramic tile floor. A sunny patio was
designed to adjoin the skylighted, cathedral ceilinged meeting
room.
