Greenbridge Block CV4 HOPE VI Redevelopment:

Block CV4 is part of the redevelopment of the 95 acre site that was formally known as Park Lake I (World War II worker housing and now low-income housing).  Located near the south boarder of Seattle, it is the central community block and the focus of the Greenbridge HOPE VI Redevelopment of approximately 1,000 to 1,200 new homes consisting of a mix of public housing and market-rate rental and for sale housing.

Tonkin Hoyne provided Community Facilities Master Planning, including a central Plaza, library, YWCA Training Center, Boys & Girls Club, Headstart facility, and 90 units of public housing.  Tonkin Hoyne completed the award winning design of the Public Plaza, the Wiley Center with the Boys & Girls Club, and the striking design of the housing that forms the plaza's east side.
