Greenbridge HOPE VI Redevelopment:  Block CV3 Low Income Housing

CV3 was designed to form the backdrop to the centrally located Greenbridge Plaza.  The plaza is the focus of the 1,000 unit redevelopment of the World War II war workers project known as Park Lake, now past its useful life.

Block CV3 housing was also part of the entire block Master Plan prepared by Tonkin Hoyne, which included the renovation of the Wiley Center (Boys & Girls Club), the Plaza, a new King County Library, a YWCA Training Center, and a Head Start school.
