GENERAL:
Kim Lokan has been practicing architecture for eighteen years and joined Les Tonkin and Barry Hoyne as a principal of the firm Tonkin Hoyne Lokan in 1995. She has been responsible for the Dorothy Day Renovation and Addition and the Villa Park and Dixon Village low-income townhome developments, as well as the remodel of the Arion Court apartments in Seattle. She has also been responsible for the design of the renovation of housing projects at Whidbey Island and McChord Air Force Base. Kim currently serves on the Pioneer Square Preservation Board.
