Denice Hunt Townhomes:

Thirty, low-income, family townhouse units were built on a site that would have allowed for a 100 unit apartment building. Housing large families with children, five small-scale buildings wrap around a central courtyard. Great care was taken to give the buildings a single family, residential feel, and each unit has an individual front porch. The complex includes a meeting room used by the resident council as well as residents from the surrounding neighborhood.
